The indicators allowed the formulation of the Quality Function Implementation Implementation Table. Conclusions: The results indicated the correlation between the USRs and the SDGs, by the anthropogenic and technological vectors evidencing the socioeconomic problem of the vulnerable population. Originality: the situation could be correct, in addition to public policy with the valorization of the work of waste pickers and generating conditions of “green employment” in the world.
