Current Issue
Revista Fidélitas is pleased to present its new issue for the second half of the current year.
This issue includes a contribution in the field of Psychology addressing the topics of road violence and the everyday experiences of anger among drivers in Costa Rica.
Within the field of organizational studies, the issue features research on the competencies and skills required for organizational performance among individuals diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), with or without hyperactivity, in the Costa Rican labor market. It also includes an exploratory analysis of the relationship between elements of the McKinsey 7S Framework and the organizational climate as perceived within a university publishing house.
In the area of higher education, this issue presents a study examining the impact of artificial intelligence on university teaching and learning processes.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the authors for their valuable contributions, which make this new issue posible, as well as to the external reviewers who participated with their expert judgment in the evaluation of the manuscripts submitted to the journal.
