Road to Development, a Microenterprise in Search of Sustainable Urban Mobility

Abstract

This article promotes sustainable urban mobility, hand in hand with the strengthening of a Costa Rican PYME by conducting an investigation defined as applied research which is based on a SWOT analysis that points out the importance of customer service in a company. An analysis of focused Financial Statements in knowing the accounting movements for decision-making and a diagnosis in the marketing area that specifies the use of an ecological transportation systems to travel to workplaces, among others, this in order to create an improvement plan oriented to new investments that increase the financial performance of the company and its continuity.
