Abstract

The new educational models propose a more active role for the student, which seeks to develop self-management skills, responsibility, creativity, and teamwork. The objective is to check the consent of the students to a flipped classroom methodology, where the teacher is a companion who supports the student to be able to analyze, evaluate, apply, and create, which will lead him to remember and understand in a more complete way and at your own pace. A survey is carried out in several groups of 2020 and 2021 to collect the impressions of the model applied during the course. It is identified that a significant percentage of students appreciated the new methodology and agree that it helps them develop the self-management skills necessary to face the work environment. It is concluded that although it is necessary to improve resistance to change in some students, the model can be successful if it is applied properly.
